EVC04 - How to Download Log Files?

Please wait 10 minutes after powering on the EVC04 before downloading the log files. Alternatively, if a red LED is present, wait for 10 minutes after the red LED lights up before downloading the log files.

Please follow these steps:

To download files via the WebUI, you need an active connection to the WebUI (see Installation Guide).

Log files can be accessed through the WebUI interface, which is compatible with software version 2.xx or later. Follow these steps to download the log files:

1. Open the WebUI home screen.
2. Go to "System Maintenance".

Select "Log Files" from the menu.
